Job Description

  • Provide legal guidance on corporate governance and compliance matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Advise on regulatory requirements and ensure adherence to applicable laws.
  • Assist in managing and mitigating potential legal risks within the organisation.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve legal issues effectively.

The Successful Applicant

Reporting to the Head of Legal, the ideal candidate should have:

  • A degree in Law with 2-5 years of PQE.
  • Proven expertise in corporate law, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience in the Food, Tech, or Nutrition sector is preferred.
  • Willingness to learn and work on a diverse work portfolio.
