The ideal candidates will have strong expertise in contract management, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), data protection, intellectual property rights (IPR), and HR & employment law matters.

Job Description

  • Assist in managing corporate governance and regulatory compliance matters.
  • Draft, review, negotiate, and advise internal stakeholders and negotiate with external counterparts on various commercial agreements, including third-party agreements, operations and services agreements etc
  • Collaborate with the Senior Leadership and Management to develop and lead the implementation of legal strategy
  • Identify and consult on legal risks in connection with any external partnerships, regulatory, cyber security, intellectual property requirements, and any other matters as needed
  • Skilled in managing employee relations, negotiations, and fostering positive workplace culture
  • Proficient in Intellectual Property (IP), Data Privacy, and IT Security within service industry frameworks
  • Collaborate with external legal counsel on specific cases when needed.
  • Support dispute resolution and litigation processes in coordination with internal teams.
  • Ensure timely and efficient handling of all legal matters to mitigate risks.

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicants should have:

  • LLB + LLM degrees from reputed Law Schools and CS degree would be a bonus
  • In-depth understanding of legal procedures in the financial services industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Candidates ranging from 4 years to 20 years of post qualification experience for multiple roles respectively
