Job Description

  • Lead legal oversight of mortgage and developer finance transactions, ensuring title and documentation integrity.
  • Advise on regulatory compliance, legal risk, and security structuring across lending portfolios.
  • Manage legal audits, counsel engagement, and ensure alignment with RBI, NHB, and SARFAESI guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardise legal processes and support product innovation.

The Successful Applicant

  • Candidate with LLB/LLM qualification from a recognized law school
  • Strong grasp of regulatory frameworks including RBI, NHB, and SARFAESI.
  • Demonstrates exceptional leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
