Job Description

Commercial Contracts:

* Draft, review, and negotiate and finalise various commercial contracts including those for office space fit outs, procurement ofgoods and services, SAAS platforms, Hire-purchase and other financing agreements and also internal corporate related party agreements.

* Standardisation of contracts/PO templates for various repetitive transactions.Corporate, Compliance & General Advisory:

* Advise on compliance with Indian corporate laws, SEZ laws, and employment laws on an ongoing basis.

* Support on entity-level compliance requirements during setup.

* Assist with group policy/process adoption with necessary localisation for Indian laws.Stakeholder & Operational Support:

* Liaise with cross-functional teams, Admin, Procurement, HR, Finance, on various legal day to day legal matters.

* Provide contractual and legal support to business and project teams across Pune and Hyderabad offices.

* Support in tracking and closing high-volume, fast-turnaround

Contract/compliance requirements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Legal Counsel should have:

  • A degree in Law (LLB or equivalent qualification).
  • Experience in corporate law, contracts, and regulatory compliance.



6-9 years of post-qualification experience in a reputable law firm or

in-house legal team.

* Prior experience supporting setup or expansion of operations in India for MNCs is highly desirable.

* Experience handling a mix of commercial, real estate, and employment law matters is essential.
