Job Description

  • Lead and manage ethics and compliance operations, including investigations, case handling, and issue resolution.
  • Design and implement risk-based compliance programs, policies, and training aligned with global standards.
  • Conduct complex internal investigations involving misconduct, corruption, and policy violations, and prepare detailed reports.
  • Drive a strong ethical culture through engagement initiatives, anti-retaliation focus, and speak-up programs.
  • Monitor compliance effectiveness through audits, risk assessments, and data analysis, and implement improvements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Legal Consultant (Temp) should have:

  • LL.B/LL.M, 3-5 Years of post-qualification experience
  • Proven experience handling complex investigations and working with senior stakeholders and external advisors.
  • First hand experience in conducting investigations and delivering compliance training
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, automotive, or highly regulated industries strongly preferred.
  • Must be based out of Delhi NCR.
