This role involves supporting the client's in‑house legal team on corporate, commercial, M&A, fundraising, and financing matters, including contract negotiation, due diligence, and cross‑border regulatory support. The consultant will work closely with senior legal leadership and business stakeholders to deliver practical, transaction‑focused legal solutions in a fast‑paced, in‑house environment.

Job Description

  • Provide legal support for mergers and acquisitions within the property and real estate industry.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements related to M&A transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations during the transaction process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to address legal concerns.
  • Conduct due diligence to identify and mitigate legal risks in transactions.
  • Assist in resolving disputes and legal issues related to M&A deals.
  • Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the real estate industry.
  • Support the legal department in other areas as required during the temporary engagement.

The Successful Applicant

  • LL.B/LL.M
  • 3-5 years of PQE
  • Minimum 1-2 years of Law Firm experience
  • Strong skills in contract drafting, negotiation, and legal analysis.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills (Written & Spoken)
