Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

* Draft and review a wide range of legal documents including contracts, MOUs, service level agreements, legal notices, pleadings, and appeals across business units.

* Provide legal support in litigation matters including NCLT, civil, criminal, and arbitration proceedings.

* Coordinate with external legal counsel and manage follow-ups.

* Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, contract, and exchange control laws.

* Advise on statutory and regulatory compliance matters.

* Contribute to the development and revision of company and departmental policies.

* Apply sound knowledge of company law, corporate governance principles, and commercial contract practices.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:

  • Law degree (LL.B) with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Prior experience in renewable energy, power, wind, or solar sectors is preferred.
