Job Description

  • Advising the business teams on applicable legal and regulatory framework for company's existing and new products
  • Advising the business teams of company on regulatory environments relevant to the BFSI sector including on data protection, privacy and information security
  • Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts with business partners (sourcing and collection contracts with financial institutions, tech vendor contracts, marketing contracts, payment support services contracts)
  • Drafting and updating the standard form contracts entered into with customers and policies of company (terms and conditions, privacy policy and general terms of use)
  • Advising on other general corporate commercial matters for the company.
  • Management of internal stakeholders and negotiating with external stakeholders; liaising effectively with an array of consultants, advisor and external counsel to manage multiple projects
