Job Description

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including vendor, client, and partnership agreements.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Provide legal advice and support to internal stakeholders on contractual matters.
  • Manage and mitigate contractual risks, ensuring the company's interests are protected.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on contract terms.
  • Maintain an organized repository of contracts and related documentation.
  • Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with agreed terms.
  • Assist in IPR related matters, due diligence processes, audits, and statutory filings.
  • Stay updated on legal trends and changes that may impact contract management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • A degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
  • Expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, and legal documentation.
  • Familiarity with legal aspects of the Technology industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
