We are looking for a Legal professional with a 8-12 years post-qualification experience to join a leading organization in the medical equipment and technology industry based in Gurgaon. This role involves providing legal expertise and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.

Job Description

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations relevant to the medical equipment and technology sector.
  • Advise internal stakeholders on legal risks and provide solutions to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations from a legal perspective.
  • Manage legal disputes and liaise with external legal counsel when necessary.
  • Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the life sciences industry.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Legal professional should have:

  • A qualified lawyer from a recognized institution.
  • Proven expertise in handling legal matters within the life sciences or medical equipment industry.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance in the medical technology sector.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
