Job Description

  • Manage and oversee the company's legal operations and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Provide strategic legal advice to the management team and other departments.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Handle litigation matters and liaise with external legal counsel as required.
  • Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization's operations within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
  • Develop and implement internal policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks.
  • Oversee intellectual property matters and ensure the protection of the company's assets.
  • Conduct legal training and awareness sessions for internal teams.

A successful candidatel should have:

  • Professional legal qualifications and a thorough understanding of corporate law.
  • Proven expertise in handling legal matters in the Technology Services sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex legal issues effectively.
