Job Description

  • Develop and implement legal strategies that align with business goals in the Product and Technology sector.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, including service agreements and vendor contracts.
  • Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders across departments.
  • Handle disputes and manage litigation processes efficiently.
  • Monitor changes in regulations and advise on their potential impact on the organisation.
  • Lead and mentor the legal team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with external counsel for specialised legal matters when required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head Legal should have:

  • A degree in law with strong academic credentials.
  • Experience in corporate legal functions, preferably within the Product and Technology industry.
  • Proficiency in contract negotiation and drafting.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
