About Our Client
Our client is a leading global software company that supports over 1.5 million people across thousands of customers spanning 150+ countries around the globe.
Provide leadership for the development and implementation of training strategies, programs and processes to support the business.
Collaborate with leadership team to develop and execute short, and long-term training and learning objectives that develop skills, enhance productivity and quality of work.
Please note that this role requires the ability to work night shifts (North American timings, preferably 6 PM to 3 AM IST)
The Successful Applicant
MBA in in HR with 10+ years of training and development experience, including 4+ years in a corporate training leadership role
Proven track record in defining training program, design, facilitation and evaluation for both IT/technical and non-technical roles, preferably in a high tech/SaaS environment
Previous experience working for a US based company is a plus
Ability to work night shifts (North American timings, preferably 6 PM to 3 AM IST)
