The Successful Applicant

- 16+ years of experience

- Experience across the data spectrum - Data Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, BI etc

- Experience of leading and growing data teams

- Experience in FMCG/CPG is a plus

- Thought Leadership

- Growth Mindset
