Job Description

- Key responsibilities include designing and executing a comprehensive talent management strategy focused on succession planning, high-potential development, and future-ready talent pipelines.

- The role also involves building competency frameworks, leading career development efforts, driving change management, managing talent data and systems, and measuring the impact of all initiatives through defined metrics.

The Successful Applicant

- The successful candidate will bring 5-10 years of overall HR experience, with at least 4 years in a core Talent Management role, preferably within a COE or Group HR setup.

- They should have a strong understanding of competency frameworks, succession planning, and career development, with the ability to lead strategic talent initiatives in large, matrixed organizations.
