About Our Client

Our client is an exciting food and beverage startup currently clocking INR 50 cr ARR and is on track to clock INR 500 Cr in the next 2-3 years

Job Description

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for modern trade (MT) and quick-commerce channels.
  • Manage relationships with key accounts to ensure business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product availability and delivery.
  • Monitor and achieve sales targets and profitability goals within assigned channels.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and skill development.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • Should have minimum of 8+ years of industry experience post
  • Very strong experience in Modern Trade and Quick Commerce key account Management
  • Leading JBPs, TOTs and driving strategic initiatives for key accounts
  • Strong relations with key accounts like Reliance Retail, Dmart, Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart etc.
