Job Description

Contract Management:



  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to land acquisition, leases, construction, and services.



Legal & Regulatory Advisory:



  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations; update policies accordingly.


  • Advise on legal impacts of regulatory changes and business strategies.



Litigation & External Counsel:



  • Coordinate with external lawyers, track cases, manage documentation, and control legal costs.



Stakeholder Collaboration:



  • Support internal teams (RERA, CRM, Contracts, Projects, Sales) on legal matters and dispute resolution.



Risk & Contract Management:



  • Identify legal risks; draft, review, and negotiate contracts.


  • Manage contract lifecycle and mitigate legal risks.



Strategic & Leadership Role:



  • Provide legal input for strategy and statutory compliance.


  • Lead and develop the legal team, fostering an ethical and collaborative culture.

The Successful Applicant

  • LL.B or LL.M from a reputed institution.
  • 15+ years of legal experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in real estate or infrastructure.
  • Proven experience in handling real estate litigation, regulatory matters, and commercial negotiations.
  • Strong exposure to working with external legal counsel and managing complex case
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • High integrity, business acumen, and attention to detail
