We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead Investor Relations and Fundraising for a Listed Tech co. The role will drive investor communications, capital markets strategy, and equity/debt fundraising initiatives in partnership with senior leadership.

With robust financial performance and a forward-looking business model, the company is entering an exciting phase of expansion and seeks to strengthen its Investor Relations function.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute the company's investor relations and fundraising strategy.
  • Lead all investor communications including quarterly results, earnings calls, presentations, and reports.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, analysts, banks, and potential capital providers.
  • Drive equity and debt fundraising processes, including preparation of materials, due diligence coordination, and managing investor outreach.
  • Partner with leadership to shape messaging on financial performance, strategy, and growth plans.
  • Track sell-side analyst coverage, peer bench-marking, and market trends to provide insights to management.
  • Support capital markets events, investor roadshows, and board-level discussions.



The Successful Applicant

  • 7-10 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or investor relations with proven exposure to fundraising.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, transaction structuring, and valuation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage fundraising processes end-to-end.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to engage senior leadership, global investors, and external advisors with confidence.
  • MBA/CA/CFA strongly preferred.
