The Head of GSI / Consulting Partnerships will lead and grow strategic relationships with global system integrators and consulting partners for compliance / audit solutions. This role is based in Bangalore and requires a strong focus on partnership management and revenue growth.
  • Lead the partnerships channel across GSI / RSI / Consulting partners
  • Must come with at least 15 years of Partnership lead GTM function

About Our Client

Our client is a Series C SAAS organisation and backed by marquee investors. We are looking a building a strong sell through motion via GSI / RSI/ and Consulting partners for our suite of audit and compliance solutions to the CFO's office.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute the partnership strategy with global system integrators and consulting partners.
  • Identify and onboard new strategic partners to drive business growth in the software sector.
  • Manage and enhance relationships with existing partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
  • Collaborate with internal sales and technical teams to deliver value-driven solutions to partners.
  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance and implement improvement strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and meetings to strengthen its presence in the technology and telecoms industry.
  • Ensure alignment of partnership activities with overall business objectives and goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of GSI / Consulting Partnerships should have:

  • A strong background in managing partnerships within the SAAS industry
  • Proven experience in driving revenue growth through strategic alliances.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • A deep understanding of selling to the CFO's office would be an advantage
  • Must have deep existing relationships in a few GSI / Consulting firms
