Job Description

  • Lead workshops to capture business requirements and translate them into scalable D365 CE solutions.
  • Oversee configuration, customisation, and integration of Dynamics 365 applications aligned with client needs.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to define development and data migration strategies.
  • Provide quality assurance, documentation, and mentoring across the functional consulting team.
  • Stay updated on Microsoft roadmap and identify opportunities for automation and process optimisation.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience leading project teams and delivering Dynamics 365 CE solutions across multiple industries.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex system designs.
  • Deep understanding of D365 CE applications, workflows, business rules, and security roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Platform tools and third-party system integrations.
  • Strategic problem-solving mindset with a focus on quality, scalability, and continuous improvement.
