This role oversees end‑to‑end finance, including financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, internal controls, treasury, and regulatory compliance. Job Description

Financial Reporting & Compliance

  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and ensure timely book closure under Ind AS/IFRS.
  • Handle monthly Group reporting to Liechtenstein as per IFRS and Group Accounting policies.
  • Drive variance analysis and deliver performance insights.
  • Oversee GL management, inter-company reconciliations, and accruals.



Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Lead annual budgeting in collaboration with business teams.
  • Prepare rolling forecasts and financial projections.
  • Track budget vs. actual performance and report deviations.



Taxation & Regulatory

  • Coordinate with external consultants for GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings.
  • Support tax assessments, audits, transfer pricing, and tax planning.
  • Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI, RBI, FEMA, GST, Income Tax, and other applicable laws.



Internal Controls & Audit

  • Implement and monitor internal controls aligned with the Group's ICOFR framework.
  • Liaise with internal/statutory auditors and close audit requirements.
  • Ensure timely implementation of audit recommendations.



Treasury & Cash Flow Management

  • Manage daily cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and treasury operations.
  • Support fundraising activities including commercial paper issuance, investor relations, and listing compliance.
  • Prepare ALCO presentations, ALM, and liquidity MIS.



Financial Analysis & Business Support

  • Provide financial insights for decision-making across capex, pricing, and cost optimisation.
  • Deliver ad-hoc analysis and reports for leadership.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Lead - Finance should have:

  • Strong expertise in Ind AS/IFRS and direct & indirect taxation.
  • At least 8+ years of experience (CA Mandatory) in finance controllership and FP&A within Banking and Financial Services.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, advanced Excel, and financial modelling.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and team‑leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders and influence decision-making.
