Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Designing and developing complex RF subsystems & components for delivery systems
  • Working cross-functionally with Mechanical, Electrical, Process engineering etc to develop specification, validations, customise OEM RF components
  • Contributing to R&D efforts for future roadmaps of products and tech; data collection, analysis and assessment to improve system designs
  • Performing hands-on testing and validation; characterisation of performance of electrical, electronics and eletro-mechanical systems
  • Preparation of high-quality reports & documentations (in form of presentations, documents) to for clear communication of design intent, analysis, and outcomes to cross-functional and diverse audience during design reviews.

The Successful Applicant

An ideal candidate is an M.Tech or PhD with 3+ years of experience in high-power low-frequency RF design. They must have worked on design matching or filter design. Candidates with prior experience of working in the semiconductor industry would be an added advantage. They should possess good communication and stakeholder management.
