Job Description

  • Drive outbound sales for cross-sell products
  • Lead and manage a team of outbound executives to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimise calling strategies.
  • Ensure high-quality customer interactions and adherence to compliance norms.
  • Work with Product, Marketing, and Analytics teams to execute campaigns and improve lead quality.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and support forecasting for the cross-sell vertical.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong understanding of NBFC products (Loans, Insurance, Investments, etc.)
  • Proven experience in outbound/cross-sell sales leadership roles
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage large teams and drive performance
  • Data-driven approach with proficiency in CRM tools and MS Excel
