  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design performance-based incentive programs.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulations related to employee compensation and benefits.
  • Analyse compensation data and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Oversee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness plans, ensuring alignment with employee needs.
  • Manage vendor relationships related to benefits administration and service delivery.
  • Lead projects to enhance employee satisfaction through innovative compensation and benefits initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Lead - Compensation and Benefits should have:

  • A postgraduate degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or related fields.
  • Proven expertise in compensation and benefits management within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements within the Mumbai market and global standards.
  • Experience in designing and managing incentive programs tailored to business objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
