Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies that align with organisational objectives.

  • Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules for employees.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with specific team goals.
  • Manage relationships with external training providers and consultants.
  • Maintain records of training activities and outcomes for reporting purposes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into training programs.

The Successful Applicant

A successful L&D Manager should have:

  • Educational qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in designing and delivering training programs.
  • Strong understanding of learning methodologies and instructional design.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in leveraging technology for e-learning and virtual training sessions.
  • Ability to evaluate and measure training effectiveness.
  • Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
