This role manages large hospital accounts across South & West India with primary focus on CXOs, finance, biomedical engineers and other non-clinical stakeholders. It aims to drive strategic alliances, long-term partnerships, value-based selling, and event-led engagement, while enabling multi-BU collaboration to grow business across priority accounts.

Job Description

  • Build long term partnerships with strategic customers by providing innovative solutions to meet their needs
  • Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain /Logistics, Legal and Health Care Compliance Departments to demonstrate customer negotiations and ensure compliance of customer needs. Works closely with multiple cross-functional partners, including marketing, Business Development, Medical Affairs, Professional Education etc.
  • Evolving beyond contracting to capabilities on partnerships
  • Shaping and leading ecosystem partnerships including commercial and education solutions like e-commerce etc.
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive business development strategies that align with company's overall objectives.
  • Conducting thorough research to identify market trends, customer preferences, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for growth.
  • Identifying and creating new leads through networking, outreach, and initiatives in collaboration with Marketing team.
  • Work with stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem to advance access to innovative medical technologies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Key Account Manager - South & West should have:



  • Experience: 5-6 years of people management experience


  • Core Competencies:
    1. Strong team leadership and performance management
    2. Ability to handle large KOLs and high-value accounts
    3. Strong execution, forecasting and field sales discipline
    4. Ability to scale into NSM role in future
