Job Description

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying new opportunities and implementing strategies to increase revenue.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to provide insights and recommendations for account development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery to clients.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and account status.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Ensure the brand's visibility and presence across key retail outlets in Gurgaon and beyond.
  • Address client concerns and provide effective solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Key Account Manager - LFS should have:

  • A solid academic background in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing key accounts within the retail fashion or apparel industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills to maintain and grow client relationships.
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret market data and develop strategies.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other relevant software for account management.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with internal teams.
