We are seeking a dedicated and strategic Key Account Manager (KAM) for the Ecommerce and Modern Trade sectors who is adept in nurturing client relationships and accelerating sales growth in the FMCG industry, specifically Food - FMCG.

Job Description

  • Spearhead the management of key accounts within the Ecommerce, Quick Com and Modern Trade sectors.
  • Formulate and implement strategies to drive sales growth and profitability.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and present sales reports to senior management.
  • Oversee the negotiation and conclusion of contracts with key clients.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful KAM (Ecom + MT) should have:

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in key account management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Excellent understanding of Ecommerce and Modern Trade sectors.
  • Strong negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in market analysis and sales forecasting.
