Reports to: Brand Manager (Based in Mumbai)

Location: NOIDA

5 day work week.

  1. Launch Amazon across India, UAE and Singapore with expertise in collaboration with global teams.
  2. Drive e-commerce sales, revenue, and market share within the derma cosmetics category on e-commerce platforms.
  3. E-Content execution: Contribute towards ensuring practical and high conversion visibility call-outs, design, and end to e-content execution, including creatives, PDP content, and digital & social content.
  4. e-Shopper journey understanding: Develop a deep understanding of the shopper journey in the online environment- what do consumers buy, how they buy, where they click, how they convert.
  5. Search Optimization and performance marketing - create and execute a detailed search optimization and display performance marketing plan to consistently improve ROAS and build an optimum marketing efficiency for all assets and marketing spend buckets.
  6. Inventory management- manage the entire ownership of inventory and stock available with the distributor.
  7. P&L Management- manage the entire budget and the cost of doing business on marketplaces (all shipping and commission related expenses), packaging expenses, pricing and promotion budgets, performance marketing budgets, etc., to drive P&L adherence at all times.
  8. Data, reports and presentations- Actively analyze and publish data related to the account during all monthly meetings and deadlines, including presentations for the management.



The Successful Applicant

3 to 8 years of Agency Experience with:

  • Experience of launching beauty and personal care brands on Amazon acrossUAE and Singapore.
    • We are not evaluating profiles from the Brand side, or profiles which have not launched Amazon for UAE or Singapore
  • Worked with beauty and personal care clients in an Agency setting with deep exposure to execution and hands-on work. This is not a liaison role, you will expected to run the launch independently.
  • Experience of 3P model - Product, Pricing, Promotion on Amazon
