Job Description

  • Manage and oversee IT service management processes to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices within ITSM frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT services with business needs.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators for IT service management.
  • Handle incident, problem, and change management processes effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and IT governance standards.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members on ITSM tools and processes.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to ITSM policies and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

A successful ITSM professional should have:

  • Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using ITSM tools and technologies.
  • Experience in incident, problem, and change management processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
  • A degree in a relevant field such as computer science, information technology, or a related discipline.
  • Certifications in ITIL or other ITSM frameworks (preferred but not mandatory).
