The ideal candidate shall have a strong background in sourcing & procurement processes, Excellence frameworks, and risk management, ensuring that all purchasing activities align with company standards and industry regulations.

Job Description



Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform category spend analytics to identify sourcing opportunities, develop scope of work, and shortlist suppliers suitable for the SOW
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for real estate services including leasing, facilities management, construction, brokerage, and property maintenance.
  • Lead end-to-end RFP/RFI processes, vendor selection, contract negotiations, and performance management.
  • Analyze market trends, cost drivers, & supplier capabilities to identify opportunities for cost savings & value creation.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure sourcing strategies align with long-term real estate plans.
  • Manage supplier relationships and performance metrics to ensure service excellence and compliance.
  • Maintain category spend dashboards and provide regular reporting to leadership.
  • Drive ESG and sustainability goals (wherever applicable) through supplier engagement and responsible sourcing practices.

The Successful Applicant

Key Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Real Estate, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of strategic sourcing experience, with at least 5 years or more focused on real estate procurement.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate contracts, lease structures, and vendor eco-systems.
  • Proven negotiation skills and experience managing complex, high-value contracts.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa)
  • Experience on Power-BI or similar analytical tools will be added advantage.
