Job Description

● Define clear processes, workflows, and SLAs for ticket management.

● Help prepare the team for future scaling as company grows.

● Provide guidance and direction to IT staff, ensuring accountability and consistent delivery.

● Oversee day-to-day IT support, including Tier 1-2 service requests, incident management, and escalations.

● Manage IT asset lifecycle, onboarding/offboarding, and user access controls.

Support integration of SaaS platforms to streamline workflows and enhance IT service delivery.

Partner with IT leadership to implement secure practices in identity and access management, device management (Intune), and SaaS governance.

● Assist with SOC2 and other compliance initiatives through process

The Successful Applicant

● 8+ years of experience in IT support, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.

● Demonstrated success managing or mentoring IT support staff in a fast-paced environment.

● Strong technical knowledge of:

● Identity & Access Management (Okta, Azure AD).

● Endpoint management (Intune, Jamf, Kandji).

● SaaS support (O365, Slack, Atlassian, Smartsheet).

● IT service desk tools (Jira Service Management, Confluence).

● Experience with SOC2 or similar compliance frameworks.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of improving end-user experience.

● Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

● Excellent time management skills, with the flexibility to coordinate IT services across a geographically diverse company.
