Job Description

The role involves leading end-to-end IT operations, including infrastructure management, network and endpoint security, SAP Basis and integrations, and overseeing internal systems across multiple office locations. The candidate will also drive strategic digital transformation projects, manage external consultants, ensure compliance and data protection, and act as a key business partner to functions like risk, audit, and business excellence.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have 12-15 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, SAP (preferably S/4HANA Cloud), and enterprise applications. They should be comfortable operating in lean teams, managing vendors, and driving large-scale IT and digital initiatives. Strong business acumen, the ability to simplify complex tech for senior stakeholders, and a hands-on approach are essential. A problem-solver with ownership and a partnering mindset will thrive in this role.
