Job Description

  • Enhance IT infrastructure performance and security, ensuring high availability and reliability.
  • Develop and enforce security strategies, monitoring and responding to threats and incidents.
  • Lead and mentor IT professionals, fostering team development and effective collaboration.
  • Oversee and manage IT projects, including budgeting, vendor coordination, and technology integration.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, regulatory standards, and maintain disaster recovery plans.
  • Continuously assess and upgrade infrastructure to meet evolving business and security needs.

The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years of IT infrastructure and security experience with proven leadership capabilities.
  • Strong expertise in network architecture, cloud computing, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with relevant certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CCNP.
  • Excellent communication and team management skills, with a strategic and analytical mindset.
