Job Description

  • Lead IT strategy and execution aligned with organizational goals.
  • Drive MS Dynamics ERP implementation and ensure seamless integration across business functions.
  • Establish IT processes, cybersecurity policies, and compliance frameworks.
  • Manage IT budgeting, vendor relationships, and lifecycle of IT assets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Mentor and expand the IT team to support organizational growth.
  • Provide strategic advisory and thought leadership to Founders.

The Successful Applicant

  • 12-15 years of IT experience, including ERP implementation and leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of MS Dynamics ERP and IT systems.
  • Experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments; adaptable and resourceful.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • High ownership mindset with ability to build trust and lead teams.
