Job Description

  • Source and procure a wide range of IT hardware including laptops, accessories, and networking devices
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, managing contracts and negotiations
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast hardware requirements accurately
  • Ensure procurement processes comply with company policies and audit standards
  • Monitor procurement metrics and identify opportunities for cost savings and process enhancements
  • Coordinate delivery schedules and manage inventory to avoid operational delays



The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in IT hardware procurement or supply chain functions within a technology environment
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and strong forecasting skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-evolving, dynamic business landscape
