About Our Client

It is one of India's finest jewellery retail chains, having spread its glow with 71 stores across 32 cities and has consistently been at the forefront of design leadership and product innovation with 5 global design centres.

Job Description

  1. Build,enhance and publish operational and projects reports
  2. Communicate and ensure engagement of technology strategies internally and within the user
  3. Ensure effective internal communications both within the software development team and across the organization
  4. Leading regular reviews of technology department.
  5. Advising the senior management on important major digital media or technology
  6. Implement the transformation agenda of the COO & the board
  7. Work with HODs to support growth of respective business areas and reduce bottom line
  8. Enable continuous improvement in IT operations and system performance
  9. Manage the IT team to ensure consistent service delivery
  10. Ensure compliance with Enterprise IT change control policies and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

1. Hands-on experience in ERP-MS Dynamic 365 preferred

2. Good experience in Project Management and Team Management

3. Someone with good leadership, strategy and technical skillset will be a good fit

4. Candidate must be a B. Tech/ B.E

5. Candidate should have 12 to 15 years of experience
