Job Description



  1. Solution Architecture & Design
    Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-OM, CO-PA, Product Costing) in both greenfield and brownfield projects.


  2. Business Engagement & Requirements Management
    Collaborate with finance leaders and stakeholders to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and translate business needs into SAP solutions.


  3. System Integration & Cross-Module Expertise
    Ensure seamless integration of FICO with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP) and third-party systems, managing interdependencies and data flows.


  4. Project Execution & Delivery
    Drive project phases including blueprinting, configuration, data migration, testing, cutover planning, and hypercare, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.


  5. Enhancements & Continuous Improvement
    Prepare functional specs for custom developments and identify opportunities for automation and performance optimization.


  6. Governance, Risk & Compliance
    Ensure solutions adhere to internal controls, audit standards, and financial regulations (e.g., GMP, GxP), working closely with audit and compliance teams.

The Successful Applicant

  • Over 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO, including full-cycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA (both greenfield and brownfield).
  • Deep functional expertise in core finance modules: GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-OM, CO-PA, and Product Costing.
  • Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA innovations such as Universal Journal (ACDOCA), New Asset Accounting, and Fiori-based financial applications.
  • Proven ability to lead solution design, configuration, and deployment in large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Skilled in integrating FICO with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP) and third-party systems.
  • Experienced in project execution phases including blueprinting, data migration, testing, and hypercare.
  • Familiar with compliance standards and financial regulations (e.g., GMP, GxP), with a focus on governance and risk management.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, capable of translating business requirements into robust SAP solutions.
  • Exposure to advanced SAP Finance components like Central Finance, Group Reporting, and Treasury & Risk Management.
