Job Description

  • Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience
  • Must be in pro-active in taking initiatives.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies
  • Practical Knowledge on working in JIRA.
  • Proficient in writing user requirements.
  • Should have good business understanding and analytical skills on the requirements.
  • Elicits, analyses, and validates the business requirements.
  • Conducts interviews to gather customer requirements via workshops, JAD sessions.
  • Works with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements.
  • Assists with the interpretation of requirements into feasible options and communicating these back to the business stakeholders.
  • Manages and tracks the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary.
  • Experience in Project analysis, including documenting business requirements, detailing issues, risks, and drafting business processes and data flows.
  • Proficient in enhancing the AS-IS and To-Be process flows with benefit analysis.
  • Capable to do a feature analysis and align with product road map.
  • Dynamic, innovative and help in the platform solutions by doing different market analysis and solutions across.
  • Breaking complex business requirements into user stories.
  • Experienced in creating process flows for the user stories defined.
  • Experienced in analysing the existing Process flow & Data flow to determine gaps.
  • Develop functional specification documents based on the business analysis.
  • Hands on experience on databases and the ability to analyse and map data sets from requirements.
  • Should have basic understanding and working experience on SQL commands/Queries.
  • Supporting business units in the development and execution of acceptance test plans for a successful implementation.
  • Should have experience in User Acceptance Testing, participating in (UAT) phases for defect fixes, enhancements, and other strategic initiatives.
  • In-depth knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Word and exposure to wire frames to support business requirement gathering.
  • Strong communications skills - in handling client meetings, carrying out presentation and co-ordinating with delivery teams across locations.

  • Support senior business executives and managers in helping analyze business
  • performance, goals and metrics and helping achieve the targets of the organization

  • Help monitor and drive projects/initiatives by helping analyze business priorities, active
  • tracking and periodical reporting along with recommending appropriate actions .
  • Conduct and present research from strategic, financial, market, operational perspective to
  • support strategic business planning.
  • Interpret, analyze and present data in providing inputs for business planning, strategic
  • decision-making Help in preparing and conducting periodical business reviews, analyzing
  • business processes using strategic, tactical and operational metrics.
  • Significantly contribute for enabling SPi to be a data driven organization and help in
  • formulating and implementing business/operational strategies.
  • Ability to keep the big picture in mind; perform in a complex and dynamic environment;
  • ensure accurate, clear and effective communication.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and structured thinking along with ability to build
  • effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive with focus to develop an extensive understanding
  • of business processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite of office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
  • Access, Projects
  • Focus to work objectively and bring about a positive change to the business
  • Well-organized, adaptable with an attention to detail.
