Job Description

  • Assist in managing property-related investment portfolios effectively.
  • Conduct financial analysis and market research to support decision-making.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify investment opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies in all investment activities.
  • Support the development and execution of asset management strategies.
  • Analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements where necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all property investments.

The Successful Applicant

  • A strong educational background in finance, business, or a related field.
  • Experience in property investment, asset management, or financial services.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and market analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of investment regulations and compliance standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
