About Our Client

Our client is a leading Domestic Private Equity fund which invests in late stage companies.

Job Description

  • Support team in sourcing new investment opportunities - conducting industry research, market mapping
  • Analyze historical financial statements of the target company
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis and benchmarking of performance vs. budget and peers
  • Perform various financial analysis and interpretation of financial data/models
  • Track and manage the deal pipeline
  • Providing portfolio management support

The Successful Applicant

Qualification - 2-4 years of experience in Investing /Global and Domestic IBs/ Consulting with PE Due Diligence experience

Location - Mumbai

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, financial modelling, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
