Job Description

  • Lead Talent & Leadership development budgeting, standardise and identify gaps in organisation level HR policies and processes for Talent Management, Leadership Development & OD
  • Drive talent management process design, talent retention programs, career pathing, career management interventions and its implementation
  • Design succession planning framework and ensure identification of talent pipeline for all critical positions across the organisation
  • Drive initiatives aligned to the culture road-map of the organisation

The Successful Applicant

  • Full time MBA from a Tier-1/2/3 institute is a must
  • 20+ years of total work experience with prior experience in designing talent management strategy and Learning & OD frameworks
  • Contextual experience in organisations with a technology/product/fintech workforce
  • Rich experience in designing systems & processes, talent retention programs, leadership development frameworks, career pathing and succession planning programs etc. (preferably in a COE)
