Job Description

  • Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Lead initiatives across talent management, performance, engagement, and culture.
  • Drive organizational development, change management, and workforce planning.
  • Build scalable HR processes and policies suited for a high-growth environment.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and teams on people-related matters.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
  • Mentor and guide junior HR team members.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in startups or high-growth environments.
  • Strong business acumen and experience partnering with senior stakeholders.
  • Proven success in building and scaling HR functions.
  • Deep understanding of talent strategy, employee engagement, and organizational development.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
  • A growth mindset with a strong sense of ownership, hunger, and adaptability.
  • Experience in Series A/B/C environments is a plus.
