Job Description

Special HR Projects (60%)

  • Lead and support strategic HR initiatives such as digital transformation, organizational design, talent management, and change management.
  • Drive HR Analytics initiatives to generate insights from workforce data, support data-driven decision-making, and enhance HR effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR systems, tools, and processes.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
  • Support employee experience and DEI programs through targeted interventions.



Business Partnering (40%)

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on people matters including performance, engagement, and development.
  • Support workforce planning, succession planning, and capability building.
  • Address employee relations issues and ensure alignment with company policies and values.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and employee well-being.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in HR roles, ideally with exposure to both project-based work and business partnering.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with HR analytics tools or platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is preferred.
