Strategic HR Business PartneringPartner closely with business leaders to shape people strategy aligned to organisational goals.Drive org design, workforce planning, and capability building for rapidly scaling teams.Lead performance management cycles and coach managers on people leadership.Resolve employee relations issues with sound judgement and empathy.2. Compensation & BenefitsSupport/lead C&B projects including compensation benchmarking, salary structuring, pay range creation, and leveling frameworks.Partner with Finance & Leadership on annual compensation cycles (increments, bonuses, promotions).Evaluate and redesign benefits programs to suit a high-performance, consumer‑tech environment.3. HR Operations & Process ExcellenceStrengthen the HR operations backbone across onboarding, HRIS, employee data, compliance, and documentation.Streamline policies and processes to ensure scalability in a hyper-growth setup.Partner with cross-functional teams (people ops, admin, business) to ensure smooth day-to-day employee experience.4.
