Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Strategic HR Business Partnering

  • Partner closely with business leaders to shape people strategy aligned to organisational goals.
  • Drive org design, workforce planning, and capability building for rapidly scaling teams.
  • Lead performance management cycles and coach managers on people leadership.
  • Resolve employee relations issues with sound judgement and empathy.



2. Compensation & Benefits

  • Support/lead C&B projects including compensation benchmarking, salary structuring, pay range creation, and leveling frameworks.
  • Partner with Finance & Leadership on annual compensation cycles (increments, bonuses, promotions).
  • Evaluate and redesign benefits programs to suit a high-performance, consumer‑tech environment.



3. HR Operations & Process Excellence

  • Strengthen the HR operations backbone across onboarding, HRIS, employee data, compliance, and documentation.
  • Streamline policies and processes to ensure scalability in a hyper-growth setup.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (people ops, admin, business) to ensure smooth day-to-day employee experience.



4. Culture, Change & Employee Experience

  • Drive culture‑building initiatives for a young, fast-growing organisation.
  • Support change-management initiatives during scale-up, org restructuring, or process rollouts.
  • Build engagement rituals, communication frameworks, and manager capability programs.



The Successful Applicant

5-10 years of total HR experience with significant exposure to startup or consumer‑tech environments.

Proven experience in C&B projects (benchmarking, analytics, leveling, cycles).

Strong background in HR operations and process streamlining.

Solid HRBP experience managing senior stakeholders.

Ability to thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and operate in 0‑to‑1 or 1‑to‑10 scale environments.
