About Our Client

  • Our client is a renowned leading organisation in the Ed- Tech space.

Job Description



  • Overseeing the implementation and integration of HR systems, such as HRIS (Human Resources Information System), ATS (Applicant Tracking System), LMS (Learning Management System), and performance management tools.


  • Management of Payroll and benefits administration for a huge employee force.


  • HR Tech implementation to augment employee experience


  • Maintaining the payroll-processing infrastructure and recommending system updates to streamline daily work flow.


  • Exposure to HR Tech, HR Outsourcing, HR Analytics.

The Successful Applicant

  • MBA (Tier 1/ 2 )
  • 12- 15 years of experience in the area of HR Tech HR payroll & service delivery.
  • Exposure to large organisations and proven ability to navigate and manage scale and complexity.
  • Language proficiency - Hindi + English
  • Travel involved.
