Job Description

HR Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team, offering insights to improve organizational performance.
  • Drive organizational design, change management, and people-focused business transformation initiatives.



Talent Management & Acquisition

  • Lead talent acquisition efforts to build high-performing teams across functions.
  • Design and implement scalable programs for talent development, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Create initiatives to foster an inclusive, purpose-driven, and engaging work culture.



Performance & Development

  • Establish robust performance management frameworks that are fair, transparent, and growth-oriented.
  • Coach leaders on feedback, development planning, and effective performance conversations.



Compensation & Benefits

  • Design competitive compensation structures that align with business goals and market benchmarks.
  • Ensure benefits are relevant, impactful, and compliant with applicable laws and standards.



Employee Relations & Culture

  • Champion employee engagement, DEI initiatives, and a positive employee relations climate.
  • Act as a key point of contact for leadership and employees on workplace matters.
  • Nurture a culture of ownership, innovation, and collaboration.



HR Operations & Compliance

  • Strengthen core HR processes, policies, systems, and compliance frameworks.
  • Use data and HR metrics to guide decision-making and drive continuous improvement.



The Successful Applicant

  • Postgraduate degree in HR / Business Management from a reputed institution.
  • 8-15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HR leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling HR in fast-paced, high-growth startup or tech environments.
  • Strong background in talent strategy, employee engagement, and leadership development.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across levels.
