HR Strategy & LeadershipDefine and implement the long-term people strategy in alignment with business goals.Partner with CXOs and senior leadership teams to drive organisational priorities.Build, mentor, and lead high-performing HR teams across all verticals.2. Full-Stack HR Ownership (Hire → Retire)Own the complete employee lifecycle including workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, development, engagement, and exit.Strengthen HR operations-payroll accuracy, compliance, audits, MIS, and lifecycle governance.Standardise and scale HR processes across multiple delivery centres and project environments.3. Talent Acquisition LeadershipLead the TA function to ensure predictable hiring across technical, operational, and leadership roles.Build and refine the hiring engine to support project-based staffing needs and fluctuating talent demand.Drive employer branding, workforce planning, and leadership hiring effectiveness.4. HR Transformation & Organisation DevelopmentLead PMS redesign, competency modelling, and performance frameworks aligned to project-based delivery.Drive HR technology implementations and upgrades-HRMS, automation, analytics reporting.Oversee organisational design initiatives including structures, spans & layers, and role clarity.Lead structured change management during scale, restructuring, or process redesign phases.5. Capability Building & CultureBuild learning programs for managers, project leaders, and technical teams.Drive culture initiatives that strengthen collaboration, accountability, and performance orientation.Develop leadership programs, succession planning, and talent reviews.Embed employee experience frameworks and engagement mechanisms.6.
