Job Description

  • Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Oversee performance management and implement training and development programmes.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business needs.
  • Handle compensation and benefits planning and execution.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Head should have:

  • A postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in HR management within the energy and natural resources industry.
  • Strong understanding of labour laws and compliance requirements in India.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to strategise and execute HR initiatives effectively.
