Key Responsibilities:

* Strategic Alignment: Align HR strategies with the overall business objectives of the group, ensuring a scalable and stable workforce.

* Talent Management:

o Acquisition: Attract and hire top talent through rigorous assessment processes for both internal and external candidates.

o Retention: Implement strategies to retain valuable employees and foster a loyal and engaged workforce.

o Development:

 Leadership: Develop and execute programs to support and mentor leaders at all levels, preparing them for future growth.

 Employee Growth: Provide comprehensive training and development opportunities to support employee career progression and continuous learning.

* Employee Experience:

o Legal & Regulatory: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

o Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and mitigate HR-related risks, such as legal and reputational risks.

* Global Collaboration:

o Group Alignment: Collaborate with HR teams across the group to share best practices, leverage global resources, and contribute to the long-term success of the organization.

o Employer Branding: Enhance the company's employer brand through proactive initiatives, including corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs, to attract and retain top talent.

The Successful Applicant



· 12+ years of progressive HR experience in multinational corporations, with at least 5 years of successful leadership in HR.

· Proven expertise in designing and implementing competitive compensation and benefits packages.

· Comprehensive knowledge of the full HR spectrum, encompassing talent acquisition, retention, leadership development, and employee engagement strategies.

· Demonstrated ability to scale HR operations to support business growth, with a strong focus on leveraging digital technologies to enhance HR processes.

· In-depth understanding of Indian labor laws and compensation practices, while ensuring alignment with global HR standards.
